I have just finished the website for Mayfair on the Boulevard, a job I have been dreaming of since I first launched my business. I had noticed that this adorable store didn't have a website, though they have such a great presence on Facebook and Instagram. The problem is that you don't control who sees what on those platforms (those pesky algorithms do), so it's super important to have your own space on the web.
With fear and trepidation, I approached the owner, Rebecca Avant, and asked if she wanted a website. She did! It was truly a delight to build this website. There was so much wonderful material to glean from her social media pages and in no time her new website was live! I learned a couple new things while building this website. One was how to embed posts from a Facebook or Instagram page onto the website, making it super easy for website visitors to follow those social media platforms as well. The second was the idea to connect Facebook Messenger to the contact info instead of putting her email out there, reducing the amount of spam she'll receive. She has an email sign-up where you can get 20% off one item. There are so many lovely items in the store, you're sure to find something you love! Plus you'll get to meet Rebecca, which is a treat all by itself. Visit her website and store today! https://shopmayfair.weebly.com
